Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, we charge a flat shipping fee of $9.95.
Our Current Shipping Status:
Orders placed before 2pm EST for in-stock items will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
General Shipping Information
Unless otherwise noted, in-stock orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. However, during times of high order volume (especially in late June and December), orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement. All out-of-stock or back-ordered items are generally noted on the website. All shipping times are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
We ship exclusively via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view the order status and tracking number in your account order history.
Shipping to Multiple Locations: Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders and ship to multiple locations. If you would like your items shipped to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address Changes: Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address after the order has been placed. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please call +1 212-390-1654 to cancel your order.
Expedited Shipping: Due to the nature of our products, all of our items are shipped by ground shipping. These items are very bulky and some carriers consider them hazardous materials. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited, air, express, or next-day shipping services at this time.
How long will it take for my package to arrive: Most of our orders arrive in 3 business days or less, but please be aware that your order may take up to 5 business days to arrive.
