We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. We are happy to provide a refund or credit for any item purchased directly from AubreyJackson.shop.

If the item you received was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Center at +1 212-390-1654 or email Support@AubreyJackson.shop.

Proof of purchase or proof of purchase is required for returns or refunds.

Returns:

All returns must be made within 90 days of item shipment. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization issued by Support@AubreyJackson.shop. To obtain a Return Authorization, please send your return request to Support@AubreyJackson.shop. Your return request must include the following information:

Copy of invoice and order confirmation

Your name, address, phone number, email address

Reason for return

Once the returned goods are received under these conditions, the full amount less shipping and handling charges will be refunded to the original payment.

It will take 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
